We’re kicking things off in the stunning landscapes of Wales. My own road trip through Wales last year left me absolutely blown away by the roads it had to offer. I remember the hours spent poring over Google Maps, meticulously checking road suitability for our cars, and trying to pinpoint those elusive, best views. That’s exactly the problem this new guide aims to solve! We’ll make it so much easier for you to plan anything from a thrilling day trip to an unforgettable week-long adventure, providing all the essential information you need for each truly great driving road.
But Wales is just the first gear! Once we’ve thoroughly explored its spectacular routes, our journey will continue northward, taking on the incredible roads of England – think the dramatic passes of the Lake District, the winding routes of the Peak District, and many more. Eventually, we’ll venture into the truly epic landscapes of Scotland, showcasing not only some of the best parts of the iconic NC500 but also other fantastic, lesser-known driving roads.
